Plans might change depending on conditions. We got the first snow in Colorado and the road to the trail-head (Old Fall River Road) was closed yesterday due to this fact. There is currently snow on all the peaks in the Mummy Range but I am hoping it will disappear until Sunday. I have a few fall-back summits in the area in case conditions are against me. If you work me, make sure to verify where I am – it might not be Fairchild Mountain.
Equipment: FT-817ND / vertical dipole (Buddipole)
Keep your ears/antennas pointed towards Colorado.
Thanks
Matt / KØMOS
